Curtis Farm is situated between the villages of Headcorn and Biddenden at Waterman Quarter, a hamlet close to the A274. It is approached from Bletchenden Road and then by a private road that serves two additional properties,Vine Farm and Vine Farm Barn. It is a truly peaceful setting.

Headcorn is a busy village with many shops, butcher, baker, fish shop, news agent and a Sainsbury's Local that is open until 10.00pm. There are many traditional pubs offering good food and ale together with the not so common specialist bicycle shop and the dying breed of village Post Office's.
